Students qualifying for testing fee reductions receive a discount for PSAT/NMSQT and Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) exam fees. Fee waivers are not guaranteed. Financial assistance is granted on a case by case basis; additional CCSD fee waivers may be available. Enrollment at a Community Eligible Provision school does not guarantee fee reductions for testing. All CCSD students must complete this form annually.
Students who meet one or more of the guidelines listed on page 2 are eligible. Please complete required information in Section I and Section II to be considered for a fee reduction for PSAT, SAT, AP and IB exam fees.
