FOG Farms grows over 15 varieties of microgreens in their urban Calgary gardens: Arugula, Pac Choi, Salad Mix, Sunflower Shoots, Pea Shoots, Purple Radish, Daikon Radish, Triton Radish, Kohlrabi, Red Cabbage, Broccoli, Kale, Wassabi, AND Cat Grass.

Summit Hill Farm Promise to Clients
We promise to provide our best selection of vegetables with each delivery and fresh local food from partner farms. Despite our efforts, quantity and quality may vary due to weather, insects or other production factors. We will send you a newsletter in advance of each delivery with a farm update, helpful recipes and nutritional information to make the most of your subscription. If you are out of town, you may send a friend to pickup your share. We can hold your orderif you contact us in advance of delivery day. We invite members interested in volunteering for a rock picking/potato planting party in the spring and a harvest event in the fall (following Covid-19 rules).
