RIFAC 2023-24 Class Enrollment
This enrollment form is for all classes from September 2023 through June 2024. All class details, pricing, schedules and start dates can be found at https://rifac.com/classes/ 

All fencers must pre-register prior to the their first class.

Equipment Requirements: 
Intermediate students need their own fencing mask and glove.
Advance students need their own gear, including knickers and what is needed for electric fencing.  

This form is for returning/experienced RIFAC students only.
New/Beginner Students: online registration is available at https://rifac.com/classes/

Payment Options: *
General RIFAC Class Policies: There is no annual enrollment fee for classes. All tuition fees are non-refundable. Tuition is based on 10 monthly installments (September-June) with monthly payment amounts consistent regardless of the student’s attendance, academy closures, or holidays. Tuition is already prorated to adjust for holidays. Price adjustments will be made as students advance through class levels. *

Make-up Classes: Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather and holidays at the discretion of RIFAC. Tuition is not prorated if a student misses a class due to illness or personal reasons, and it is not based on how many classes a student may or may not attend in any given month. When a student misses a class, every attempt to find an appropriate make-up class will be made. Make-up opportunities are based on class availability and must be cleared through the front desk first. *

General RIFAC Waiver: I understand and appreciate that participation in sport carries a risk of injury. I knowingly accept and assume this risk, and release RIFAC, its sponsors, instructors, and staff from any liability. *

Consent for Medical Treatment: I give consent to the staff and coaches of the Rhode Island Fencing Academy and Club to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or clinic for any injury or illness that may arise during activities associated with RIFAC. *

Photography: RIFAC may take pictures of the fencers during activities. These photographs may be used for public relations, advertisements, etc. Permission is always asked of families prior to the use of any close-up photographs. I give permission for RIFAC to take and use photographs of my child. *
