This form is used to gather initial information from facilities in the Northeast and vendors that are interested in hosting or in piloting their treatment of PFAS in municipal biosolids or sludge technology at Northeast facility. This will be used by BioHub stakeholders to help pair interested facilities who can host with vendors who have technologies to pilot. Filling out this form is not legally binding nor is it a guarantee that your site will be an ideal location for a pilot or that your technology will find a host facility. This is to gather a preliminary list of interested host facilities and technologies vendors to start the conversations.
