Rules/Guidelines:

Texas Grants Resource Center has a chairs only set-up.

The Lobby area does not provide privacy.

Kitchen includes, coffee maker, water dispenser, refrigerator and microwave. 

Tables and chairs are not provided for the backyard space. 

Food is allowed through-out the Chase building except near the computers

Tables with computers are not able to be accessed or moved

A walk through is required two weeks prior to the event reservation

The CCE team will determine any cleaning or maintenance repairs as a result of the group’s activities

Please put the room back in order/the way you found it including disposing of any trash

Make sure doors are locked on your way out.
