From April 19 through May 31, 2021, we encourage local residents to nominate a family in need of a roof replacement and gutter installation (including a leaf protection system) at no cost to the family. The family must reside in our service area which includes the counties of Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, and Schuylkill.

The following form must be filled out completely to be eligible for nomination. Your entry must outline why this family deserves this makeover.

Giveaway Timing:

• Entries Submitted April 19 – May 31, 2021
• Judging June 1 – June 11, 2021
• Winner Selected June 14, 2021
• Winner Acceptance Agreement By June 30, 2021
• Winner Receives Award July 5, 2021
• Request for Winner by Mail July 31, 2021
• Job Completion October 31, 2021
