Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting an abstract. Abstracts that do not comply with these instructions will not be reviewed.

Guidelines for abstracts and submission
You are kindly invited to submit abstracts on research that you wish to present as a poster during the symposium.
All submissions will be evaluated by the scientific committee, who will select abstracts for poster presentation.
Abstracts must be submitted no later than 15th December 2019.
Notification of acceptance will be given by 01st January 2020.

Guidelines for submission of abstracts
Presenting authors must register for the symposium for acceptance of abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Titles should be entered in the “Title” field (not as part of the abstract) and should contain no more than 100 characters   including spaces.
 Abstract text should be entered in the “abstract text” and should not be more than 300 words. Abstracts cannot contain tables or figures.
Authors’ names and institutions (affiliation) should be entered in the appropriate fields. Affiliation is the name of your institution.
The following data is needed for the “institution” field – name of the institution, department, city and country.
The abstract should be informative, containing the following subheadings:
        i) Introduction
        ii) Material and methods
        iii) Results
        iv) Conclusions
Abstracts should not contain references.
Abstracts that do not conform with the above guidelines will not be accepted.

Poster Presentations
Poster should be A1 size
No specific format required but poster should include title, authors’ names and affiliations.
The strength of the poster presentation is its visual and graphics.
Accepted abstract will be printed in programme book. Only maximum 20 abstracts will be accepted.

Prize
The prizes will be given for 3 best posters.
