The flea market starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 10,
2023.
1. Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, and under no circumstance
can you set-up before this time.
2. The rental fee is $30, this includes 2 parking spaces. One space for your car and one
space for what you are going to be selling. With your spaces, you will receive one
table. Any additional tables can be rented for $5 each. If you feel that one parking
spot is not enough for what you have to sell, for an additional $20, you can get
another 2 parking spaces, one for another car (if needed) and one (or two) for your
merchandise.
3. You are solely responsible for all financial transactions connected with your
merchandise. Whatever you sell, the profits are yours to keep.
4. Whatever you don’t sell, you must take with you when you leave. Teardown is at 2:00
p.m. and must be completed and gone by 3:00 p.m.
5. There is no cancellation, if there is rain, we will be using indoor facilities.
6. Rental agreement and payment due by June 6.
7. St. Pius X Church, its affiliated organizations, and their members are not responsible
for any damages, loss or theft of merchandise or display equipment.
8. No food of any kind is permitted to be sold at the flea market. Food will be available at
our concession area.
9. If any display is deemed inappropriate by the St. Pius X administration, you will be
asked to remove it immediately.
10. St. Pius X Administration agrees to publicize this event through various types of social
media around the area.
