Due to COVID-19, Heavenly Touch Massage & Spa is doing everything we can to protect you, our clients, our community and our staff. To this extent, Heavenly Touch Massage & Spa will be following the CDC with regard to social distancing practices and sanitation. We are trying our best efforts to keep you safe. We ask that our clients disclose their health history and continue to implement these sanitation and disinfection procedures. Thank you for understanding.

By signing below, I hereby release and agree to hold Heavenly Touch Massage & Spa harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damages or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the spa, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Heavenly Touch Massage & Spa.  *

Cancellation Policy

All clients will be required to attend their appointment after booking. However, we understand that life happens. Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments within a 24 hour notice of the booked date. Please cancel or reschedule via the MassageBook link in your email or contact us directly.

We will be implementing a cancellation fee for all appointments that are canceled past the 24 hour notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid this cancellation fee.

If the appointments are not canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hour notice on the first occurrence, we will have it charge a 50% fee, based on the services requested. A second occurrence will be a 100% fee, based on the services requested.

If the client is late to their appointment, the length of the service will be reduced to accommodate for other upcoming appointments. 

All appointments will now require a security deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment or need a reschedule, please contact Heavenly Touch Massage & Spa immediately.
