For HS students, we provided pizza as an incentive. For adults, we provided drinks from Tom's Travelin' Coffee truck. Is there anything else you would have preferred? 
What improvements could be made to make the carnival experience better for both volunteers and kids / attendees? Take into account any observations you made from the students and parents on carnival day.
