Some families have expressed interest in a fall swim program. Before determining whether such a program can be offered by the Seals we need information about who is interested in participating since we'd need a minimum number of swimmers for the expenses to be covered.

Because the coach would be on deck without any junior coaches in the water, the clinic would be offered for swimmers 7 and older who can swim freestyle and backstroke independently without junior coach assistance. The emphasis of this program would be continued stroke development and swim fitness.

The cost for the 8 week session (two practices per week) is estimated at $150 with the exact amount determined after we have a better sense of the number of participants. To cover costs we do not anticipate offering a sibling discount.

We are considering offering two evening practices per week (Tuesday and Thursday) from August 17th through October 7th.
