Hafa Adai!  The Guam Department of Education is conducting a survey among ALL high school students (Grades 9 thru 12)  in this school.  The purpose of the survey is to collect data on your perceptions of the schooling experience and your plans after high school.  Personal data are also being obtained solely for the purpose of getting in touch with you for a follow-up survey at a later time.  All personal information will, otherwise, be kept strictly confidential.  Please answer each question.  Thank you for your cooperation.
