NWLSD Parents,

You may have recently received and completed our “Student Internet Accessibility Survey”. Per our records, your NWLSD student may be eligible to receive internet services paid for by the Northwest Local School District for the 2020-21 school year or as long as the State Connectivity Grant funds exist.

By completing this form, NWLSD will begin working with several internet providers in your area to find the best solution to get your household connected.
