Welcome to Chinook School of Music!

We are now accepting registrations for the 2023-2024 school year.

Registration steps:

1) Fill out the form below for each student in your family who you wish to enroll into music lessons for the 2023-2024 school year. Please be as detailed as possible with any requests for times, days and teachers.

2) A non-refundable registration fee of $25 per student will be debited from your account on Wellnessliving within 14 business days of your registration. If you are a new client, we will contact you to set up an account.

3) CSM Administration will be in contact with you by email with lesson time options.
