Dear Student and Families,

Thank you for your interest in our EAGLE Program at Central Middle School.  The program is designed to meet the unique needs of Gifted students and provide enrichment for Academically Talented students.  Each student will engage in increased rigor within each class as well as community awareness and civic action. Our program is intended to provide a seamless entry into high school advanced placement programs. We have designed specialized academics that enhance students’ critical and creative thinking abilities, self-awareness, and organizational skills that promote personal responsibility.

The EAGLE program has a limited number of seats available for the 2023-2024 school year.

Please review all of the information in this packet.  The successful EAGLE student is personally motivated to excel in a challenging academic program and contribute to a diverse and dynamic community of learners.  If your student’s home school is not Central Middle School, you must complete an Educational Location Option (ELO) via the district website here: https://www.brevardschools.org/site/Default.aspx?PageID=2381.  

All new applicants should submit their completed application by 3:30 PM on Friday, February 17, 2023.  If you need any assistance completing the application or have questions, please call Central Middle School and one of our EAGLE team members will support you.

Notification of acceptance will be mailed on March 24, 2023.
