This form is to be filled out for all athletes registering in Bulldogs Winter Programming 2021-2022. The membership program is offered for two age groups 18U & 14U. The Bullpups/11U group is a 1-month Program and occurs multiple times throughout the winter.

Group 1- 18U: Ages 15-18 *See individualized glove memberships for pricing.

Group 2- 14U: Ages 12-14 *See individualized glove memberships for pricing.

Group 3- 11U/Bullpups: Ages 9-11 *2-week program on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm on April 5th & 12th $60.00

(New students require hat & t-shirt for $50.00) All players require Bulldogs hat and t-shirt to be worn at every session

PLATINUM GLOVE
● 10 Instructional lessons per month & 10 drop-in sessions per month
   (Instructional lessons must be used within the month; Drop-in sessions allow the athlete to do individual training while the Bulldogs are in the Vault, they are not involved with the lesson)
● Video analysis regularly for athletes' reference
● Pitching velocity & exit velocity recorded *Athletes typically gain 3-7mph in the offseason
● New Era Hat & T-shirt
● $320.00 Monthly
●IN FULL: $1650.00 (6 Months) (10% Discount)

GOLD GLOVE
● 7 Instructional lessons per month & 7 drop-in sessions per month
    (Instructional lessons must be used within the month; Drop-in sessions allow the athlete to do individual training while the Bulldogs are in the Vault, they are not involved with the lesson)

SILVER GLOVE

●$155.00 Monthly (December reduced by 25%)
