Dear parents, faculty and staff members,

Preparations are underway for the school's 2023 Christmas Bazaar to be held on Sunday, November 12, (10am - 4 pm). We invite you all to participate and join in the day's merriment. This event has traditionally been the second largest community event on our school calendar that works to sustain and strengthen community relationships, also bringing together Alumni and neighbors. It is also one of the major fundraising opportunities of the school, bringing direct benefit to our students and programs.

Join in the fun of community building and the fundraising opportunity to the degree that you can, as preparations begin in full swing and continue up to the Christmas Bazaar. Please give 3-5 minutes to fill this form in by Friday, October 27 so we can gather teams together.

Raffle Baskets

I, as the Homeroom parent or designated representative for this task, will be able to gather other parents in my child's homeroom to prepare a Raffle Basket and list our Raffle Basket Theme on this linked spreadsheet. Raffle Baskets certainly boost engagement and excitement leading up to, and during the Christmas Bazaar.

I would like to take on the role of -

photographer for the Santa family portraits

'event photographer' for at least a portion of the day

registered nurse/doctor on duty for some of the day

Emcee for the day

Sound Technician coordinator or team member for the day

Supervisor of Child Care for children under 5 years old, while parent is on duty at a booth

I am able to commit to preparations prior to the event or on the day to be part of a team running a food or drink booth. I have interest to team up with others for the following booth and include my name on the linked spreadsheet.

I would like to ask if the following person/group/organization could be considered as a guest vendor to rent out a table and chair for the day, to sell their products.

This rental fee is ¥ 12,000.

¥ 7,500 for a second table.

¥ 500 per chair for any additional chairs

Name of the vendor to be considered, and what they offer to enhance the Christmas Bazaar experience.
