Ankeny High School Club Application
Ankeny High School offers a variety of extra-curricular activities and athletics.  Students are encouraged to be active participants in their high school.  There may not however be offerings to meet the needs of all students; therefore students have the ability to start student-led clubs.    

For a club to be formed at the high school an application is required to be on file and approved by the activities director.  Any student may fill out the application on behalf of the club.  All applications require the name of a staff sponsor.  A list of the club name, purpose, and sponsor will be listed for interested students.  

By being a club sponsor, the sponsor agrees to maintain the club's website with the following up-to-date information: purpose or description of the club, date and time of meetings/ events, handbooks, if applicable, and sponsor contact information.  Within 30 days after an application is approved the sponsor should submit a class roster to the activities office.
