Appointments Reminders:  Text appointment reminders are usually sent out the morning of your scheduled appointment.  Read full text each time to verify time, service, and location. If there are any errors please address them at this time via text reply. A reply is required to CONFIRM, CANCEL, or RESCHEDULE your appointment. However, clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointments. Text reminders are a courtesy and not all clients receive reminders. Cancelations and reschedules during this time may still result in fees. *

Appointment session length and type of treatment: Be sure that you are scheduling for the correct service and time to address your needs. If you are unsure please reach out for assistance via phone, text, or email. *

Drop offs and Pick ups: If you are being dropped off to your appointment. Please be sure that your ride is here to pick you up at time your appointment ends. If I have to leave for another location I will be unable to wait on your ride and you may be asked to wait outside. We have a no kids policy and no one other than who is being treated is allowed in the treatment room. Unless it's a minor being treated.  *

Cancellations Policy:  If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. This can be done through your appointment confirmation email. Please be sure that we have a up-to-date email on file. ** Any appointment changes less than 6 hours before your appointment will result in a last-minute cancelation/ reschedule fee of $25 due before rescheduling or forfeit your service deposit.  We understand that unexpected things happen to cause cancellations. We ask that clients understand the therapist must be compensated due to last-minute changes preventing the opportunity for that appointment time to be filled. *

***Repetitive late appointment changes and/ or cancellations (more than 3 within 45days) will result in the client being required to pre-pay for services and forfeit 100% of paid services for last-minute cancellations or reschedules.   *
