Hueneme Meal Survey
Dear Hueneme Families,
Our Food Service Department will be offering a breakfast and lunch each day your student attends school at no cost*. Meals will be delivered to the classroom so that students can enjoy a portion of it during their 20 minute recess. Students are welcome to bring their own snack or meal to enjoy during this time. If you would like your student to participate in the meal program, please complete this survey. Students are not required to participate in the meal program and may opt out of the program at any time by contacting the school office. Surveys need to be completed two school days prior to their hybrid day in order to process the meal. (i.e. Thursday evening for Hybrid group A Monday service.)

If you are interested in our weekly Taste of School at Home meal program that provides 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches including a half gallon of milk, please contact the Food Service Department at foodservice@hueneme.org 
*meals are provided at no cost for the 2020-2021 school year through a waiver provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
