2023 Women to the Front Music Festival Vendor Submission Form
The WTF Music Festival will be held at New Belgium Brewing on September 17th, 2023 with a full week of music around Asheville leading up to the main event.

WTF is dedicated to celebrating women.  Featuring live music by female musicians, vendor spots for female-owned businesses and nonprofits, female sound engineers,  and opportunities for businesses that support women, we hope to inspire a stronger, more unified Asheville. One of the many goals of the festival is to sufficiently compensate each musician for their contribution to the Asheville music scene. We hope to close the gaps that still exist by lifting artists who identify as female and inspiring the next generation of empowered women.

The Vendor Fee this year is $50 dollars. We want female business owners to know that WTF supports you and your efforts to make a profit as well as have a wonderful experience at our festival. If this cost would prohibit you from participating, please reach out to us as we have several options to choose from.

We also offer a sponsorship opportunity for vendors who would like to sponsor WTF. $150 includes your vendor booth as well as your logo on our banners and official poster and shoutouts on our social media.

This is an approximately 10x10 space. Vendors will need to bring their own tents and tables. We have limited access to electricity. If your space requires electricity, please note that and we will reach out to discuss options.
