Rule Revisions Feedback Form
The Arizona Department of Administration's (ADOA) State Procurement Office (SPO) completed its Five-Year Rule Review of procurement laws. SPO is currently in the expedited rulemaking process and we're collecting input and feedback on the proposed rule changes.

Instructions:

1. Click on the link to the "Notice of Proposed Expedited Rulemaking - A.A.C. Title 2, Chapter 7" file (28 A.A.R. 13 pages 693 through 702 link at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nV5PRyv7T4wcTf3O0VfvidZbL_OD05Wu/view?usp=sharing) for your review. The file is an accompaniment to this survey that includes details on the eleven (11) rule revisions for rulemaking approval.

2. Complete this survey by providing your contact information and by entering your feedback on the proposed rule revisions that you have reviewed no later than the close of record on May 2, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
