  1. The submission of completed ID card details collection forms will be accepted during the first three days of each week.
  2. Upon the completion of nine (9) names collected, the printing and processing of ID cards will commence.
  3. ID cards will be ready for pickup from the library exclusively on Fridays.

Please note that any forms submitted after the specified collection period will be processed in the following week's batch.
