This form is to be used by horticulture students to apply for a scholarship from the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the California Native Plant Society. To apply, you must live or be enrolled in a Horticulture Program in an accredited college within our chapter area, have completed a minimum of 8 units in the horticulture program, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, and have taken (or about to enroll in) a class on California native plants.

The reference letter and a sealed transcript from your horticulture program college and any past colleges that are relevant to this scholarship should be mailed to the following address:
