(1) The personal data provided on this Form will be used by Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office (“AAAO”) of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong ("HSUHK") for this event registration.

(2) The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the requested data will affect your registration for this event.

(3) We will retain the personal data collected from you through this Form in our contact database. The personal data may only be disclosed to other relevant internal parties within HSUHK for the above purpose, if required. Apart form this, the data may only be disclosed to parties where you have given consent to such disclosure or where such disclosure is allowed under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
