Hi! This form is for you to get in touch with the Bioengineering Undergraduate Student Society (BUSS) with any questions, comments or feedback! Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help us cater our events, initiatives and services to reflect he needs of Bioengineers! Some things you can let us know through this form:

- Academic/course issues and improvements
- Event feedback and ideas! (we especially love Blues Pub theme suggestions)
- New merch ideas
- Questions to specific VPs!
- Potential lounge locations!?!?

This form is checked every few days by the BUSS President and will be passed along to each new council! There is an anonymous option so feel free to be as honest as you'd like. If you'd like for us to get back to you, make sure to provide some sort of contact information! This is also a great place to address any questions that you're not too sure who to direct to. All submissions will be kept confidential by the BUSS Executive Council.
