Young Warrior NXT aims to deploy large-scale life skills delivery solutions to support 14-24 year old youth with
foundational life skills for future readiness and emotional well-being. It will address the missing link of employability and life skills in academic education and use multiple channels (no-tech, low-tech and high-tech) to ensure access to youth across the country. Five key life skills are in focus, namely – self-awareness, problem solving, communication, collaboration and achievement-orientation - and will be scaffolded with emotional well-being activities to help young people overcome the adversities faced due to Covid 19, and with Employability and Vocational skills to help young people transition to work life.
