Suglasan sa poštovati Regatna pravila 2021-2025 i sva ostala pravila po kojima se održava ova regata.Svojim potpisom i unosom osobnih podataka u prijavni obrazac dajem suglasnost organizatoru regate za njihovo korištenje u svrhu kreiranja baze prijavljenih sudionika i obradu rezultata kao i u marketinške svrhe. Ova izjava može se u svako doba povući čime će se smatrati da nadalje niste suglasni s korištenjem i obradom osobnih podataka u prethodno navedene svrhe. Izjava se povlači na način da se o tome pošalje kratka obavijest na e-mail jspgz2008@gmail.com.  Organizator regate ovime jamči da će Vaši osobni podaci biti korišteni u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti osobnih podataka uz primjenu odgovarajućih tehničkih i sigurnosnih mjera zaštite osobnih podataka od neovlaštenog pristupa, zlouporabe, otkrivanja, gubitka ili uništenja.
