Arrive at 5:30 to help us set up the site. Make sure tables are clean and help arrange picnic supplies.
Arrive at 5:30 to welcome and greet people. Make sure everyone has a name tag. Check participants with our registration list. Hand out business cards.
Organize and lead a fun activity for children and adults.
Stay until the end of the event and help us clean the site, pack up supplies, and take down the banner.
