To be considered for credentials for this year's event, please review the following guidelines:
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 31, 2024. Requests received after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but a response is not guaranteed.
- Each team member seeking onsite coverage must fill out the form individually. Bulk applications will not be accepted.
- Freelance reporters, content creators, and social media influencers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If you are a freelance contributor on assignment, please provide contact information (email and cell number) for your editor for verification purposes.
- Press credentials do not include parking, lodging, or travel accommodations. Approved applicants are responsible for their own arrangements unless pre-approved by the festival's PR team.
- The use of drones within or near festival grounds is strictly prohibited.
