Welcome to Rochester! Rochester is a wonderful place, and we're glad you're joining us here! We're here to support you during this exciting and sometimes challenging time.

Having a friend is especially helpful to get settled into a new community. There's a lot to do in Rochester, but some of it can be a little hard to find! Fill out the form below to be paired with a buddy who has lived in Rochester for at least one year. They will serve as your personal resource for everything Rochester and Minnesota-related.

Mayo Families’ Connection (MFC) is an organization of spouses and significant others of Mayo Clinic residents, fellows, graduate students and Mayo medical school students.
