Thank you for your interest in applying to audition for the National Open Youth Orchestra (NOYO). This application form is for auditions at the Birmingham NOYO Centre only.

Open Up Music is a charity that develops inclusive youth orchestras with young disabled people. The National Open Youth Orchestra (NOYO) is a programme of Open Up Music.  

This NOYO application form collects important information on young people and their support circle. On completing this form, you agree to share information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, date of birth, gender, ethnicity and disability information. This information will be:

1. Stored securely on a password-protected database
2. Shared only with trusted NOYO partner organisations involved in running NOYO auditions and activities

The first question in this form will ask whether you give permission for personal data to be collected for use in relation to NOYO auditions and activities. This question requires an answer in order for us to be able to collect your personal data.

If you are unsuccessful in gaining a place in NOYO, your data will be anonymised.

Changing your mind: you can withdraw your consent at any time without giving us a reason, by emailing info@openupmusic.org.
