Memberships are for a calendar year, 01 January to 31 December. Members who join after 01 December enjoy all membership benefit immediately and do not need to renew until the end of the following year.

An annual subscription is payable within two weeks of approval of membership, in default of which membership may be cancelled by order of the Committee.
