Free Clothing Request Form - Due to the COVID-19 health directives only TWO people are allowed at a time in the Clothes Closet to shop for up to 5 (five) items. We ask all people to limit their time inside to ten minutes or less. If you want us to select a bag of clothing for you, please fill out the form below and a bag of clothing in your size will be prepared for you to pick up Thursdays between 10 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.
