DRAMA TEAM: Responsible for performance during daily opening and closing of VBS.

DECORATION TEAM: Create decorations for the week of VBS and put them up in the parish hall and patio areas.
May/June to Create Decorations Weekend Before VBS to decorate **Fri Aug 10, Cleanup starting at 10:00 a.m.
CRAFT TEAM: Responsible for Craft Station
______Prep Crafts Prior to VBS (may include cutting/tracing/light sewing) _________Assist Children During VBS
CRAFT DONATION: Provide requested craft items. . **No T-shirt/Fingerprinting Required**
GAME TEAM: Assist and supervise children during the outside games during the week of VBS.
SNACK TEAM: Provides snacks for children the week of VBS including morning prep, distribution, and cleanup.
SNACK STATION DONATION: Provide requested snack items. **No T-shirt/Fingerprinting Required**
PRESCHOOL: Works with children of volunteers’ ages 2 to 5.
HOSPITALITY TEAM: Maintain volunteer snack room. (Week of VBS only, 8:45am-11am)
Family Night TEAM (Really need more help this year):
Family Night is held on Thursday the week of VBS. Our full-time adult and teen volunteers are exhausted by the end of the week. ADDITIONAL PARENT ASSISTANCE for this evening is a great way to thank the volunteers for their hard work.
Setup Serving Clearing Tables During Dinner Clean-up After Dessert Where Needed
FIRST AID: Assist with minor bumps and bruises that occur when ever more than 2 kids get together. Sit with children until they can go back to their crew or are picked up by a parent.
