The last time we had a survey was in 2019. So much has happened since then. We want to hear from you.

Windsor Park Neighborhood is bound by Massachusetts Avenue (west), 10th Street (south), Jefferson (east) and Nowland/Commerce (north). If you live, work or own property within these boundaries, Windsor Park is your neighborhood. We are happy you are here!

As your neighborhood association volunteers, we want to get to know you and make sure that our work stays true to mission, which is to:

Provide the residents of the neighborhood with a voice in the planning and development of the near east side of Indianapolis, in and around the geographic area served by the Corporation; and

Improve the living conditions in and around the near east side of Indianapolis by addressing problems of blighted, abandoned and vacant properties as well as advocating and supporting safe, decent, affordable housing and economic development, including job creation: and

Provide opportunities for adults and youth to participate in civic activities which encourage community participation and volunteerism.
