Your organisation will receive a virtual stand and can live chat with visitors from 12:00 - 17:00. Your volunteers can virtually manage the stand from their home computer. Your organisation can choose to be available for the whole afternoon, or for one or more sessions as below. *

Whole afternoon: 12pm-5pm

First session: 12pm-1.30pm

Second session: 2pm-3.30pm

Third session: 4pm-5pm

Does your organisation already have a 2 - 3 minute promotional or performance video to be shown on the day? There is no charge for screening a video or performance, but spaces are limited and subject to availability. Deadline for delivery 28 February.
