OHA School Dental Sealant Program One-Time Certification Training

Training Event: Thursday, August 4 (1pm to 5pm) AND Friday, August 5 (8:30am to 12:30), 2022
Hosted online via ZOOM or in-person at the Portland Building.

This is the one-time program certification training for “a representative responsible for coordinating and implementing the Local School Dental Sealant Program”, as outlined in Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 333-028-0310 and 333-028-0320.

If your program has had a personnel change for this position or your program representative would like to attend the course as a review, please register. You must attend both sessions to meet this training requirement.
