Proof of income is required for the rental approval process. Your income must be at least 2.5x rent. *

IF a unit is pet friendly, each pet must be approved through PPM's Petscreening portal.
If a pet is approved, there is a $300 pet fee + $50 monthly pet rent PER PET.

Support/Assistance Animals must complete a PPM Petscreening portal and provide all supporting documentation.

There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per application (info on dual applicants can be found at the link above). Without the app fee, the application will not be processed.

PPM checks credit, background, landlord references, and verifies income. Derogatory marks on credit or landlord references heavily impacts approval decision.

IF approved, security deposit (1 - 1.5x rent, based on credit and references) is due at lease signing.
Move in costs include a $200 preparation fee (leasing & admin fee), and rent, which is prorated based on your move in date.
