Hello and thank you for your interest in my class!
The Birth Backpack is a 12 hour prenatal class that is built upon the Birthing From Within™ philosophy. In each class, we will explore and practice a pain coping technique, discuss practical information, and work on an activity that will spark conversation and reflection.
Topics include: stages of labour, physiology of labour, pain coping, decision making, unexpected events, cesarean birth, pushing and postpartum.
Classes will be held virtually from 7:00pm - 9:00pm MST:
- Class #1 Wed Nov 9th
- Class #2 Mon Nov 14th
- Class #3 Wed Nov 23rd
- Class #4 Mon Nov 28th
- Class #5 Wed Dec 7th
- Class #6 Mon Dec 12th
Classes will be held in a group format with a maximum of 4 couples per class.
The fee for the class is $300 CDN. Payment is due by November 7, 2022, via e-transfer to
kym@birthing-families.com. Please use "prenatal" as the password for the e-transfer.
