This consent form is for participation in tests designed to detect asymptomatic coronavirus cases. We have been asked by the Department for Education to supervise these tests at the start of the school year. We would strongly suggest that all students take these tests before our community starts mixing widely. You will need to give us your consent for this year, even if you did this last year too.
