Juniors U15s - Winter 2024 Registration Form
This form is to register to the Pakenham Floorball Club (PFC) Senior Mixed Competition for Winter 2024. 
As this competition is organised and run by the PFC the committee hold the right to allocate and swap players in teams to continue to support a healthy and fair competition.

Season dates:
18th April - 19th Sept (including finals, excluding ANZAC Day)
Season will break for the school holidays.

Season fees:
The fee for this competition is set to cover costs incurred by the PFC in the running of this competition. In order to keep costs to a minimum, fees are finalised once indicative numbers have registered, but are anticipated to be set between $16 per junior.
To support our families with multiple children participating in this competition, the PFC will be offering a 10% family discount. The discount will be applied to the Junior competition fees for each additional child (eg. First child = $120; Second child = $108, Third child = $108; etc.)

PLEASE NOTE that PFC membership is required in addition to completing this season registration. This annual membership covers players under Floorball Australia Ltd Insurance. Additional fees apply.
IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS NO LONGER CURRENT you will be required to renew.
