Thank you for joining us for Hoops for Hope! This pick-up basketball tournament and BBQ will help us purchase life-saving overdose prevention supplies like naloxone - and it's going to be a ton of fun!

To sign up you'll need a team of four, five bucks, and your most creative team name, pretty simple!

Fill out the form below with your team name, a primary contact's information, and the names of your players. We'll be accepting cash or venmo for the registration fee at check-in. Check-in is located at the HEAL parking lot, on the corner of Hancock and Newbury Streets in Bangor.
