The role of World Rugby Educator is responsible for teaching and facilitating World Rugby education courses including L1 and L2 Coaching, L1 and L2 Refereeing, Strength & Conditioning and more, in your region and potentially in other regions across the United States and the world. The role consists of occasional weekend work at face-to-face courses and some online courses (either week nights or weekends). Payment is provided in the form of a stipend for courses delivered.
World Rugby Educator Role Description:
• Have appropriate rugby knowledge, skills and experience to be able to deliver specific courses within your area of specialization including, coaching, match officiating, strength and conditioning or medical services (i.e. hold a minimum of World Rugby Level 2 or equivalent.)
• Have a passion for the development of rugby coaches, match officials, strength and conditioning coaches and/or medical personnel
• Experience presenting information to adult groups in an education capacity
• Be open minded, adaptable to change, welcoming of feedback and willing to self-reflect

Requirements:
Attendance at a World Rugby Educator Course, held in Atlanta at Life University.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday March 10th-12th
Arrive Thursday evening 9th March, depart Sunday evening 12th March
All flights / accommodation covered by USA Rugby
