NEW Strength & Conditioning Class for Moms (Interest List)
SF Peninsula Moms,

If you love being active, used to love it and want to again or want to fall in love with it for the first time, I’d love to have you in my NEW Strength & Conditioning Class for Moms starting March 18th!

Classes are appropriate for all levels and stages of motherhood. We will incorporate breathwork and exercises that support the core and pelvic floor while also building strength in functional movements and adding in fun conditioning pieces. This class is NOT about "bouncing back" but rather building strength and confidence and pushing boundaries of what you may think is possible. We do this all while keeping a non-intimidating atmosphere (that's why I'm limiting it to Moms-only... because only moms understand what it's like to be a mom).

Class Program Includes
  • In-person group classes ran 2x per week
  • Hands-on coaching from a Certified Pregnant and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer who's been through the trenches herself and GETS IT
  • Intake form + optional video call with Coach Kairina to discuss any questions/concerns prior to starting
  • Community of moms, navigating motherhood and fitness together
When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:40 am  |  STARTS MARCH 18th

Where: HomeGrown AthletX  |  551 Taylor Way, San Carlos, CA
