SFSC Advanced Training Application Form

Advanced training courses are only open to trained facilitators who have undergone the five day Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities facilitator training programme.

All advanced training courses cost £150 for one day courses (£300 for the refresher training). The exception is for facilitators who have been asked to complete training by us as a result of participating in the Together research study or who are delivering SFSC as part of one of the Race Equality Foundation SFSC delivery contracts.

The form has five sections. The first section asks for your contact details. The second asks about your training history. The third section asks about how you are paying for the course. The fourth asks for information about your background and will be used to assess whether our services reach all the community and the fifth asks about future communications.

Your contact and payment details will be held on computer and will be used to process your application. The information about your background will be anonymised before being used for monitoring. All information will be held securely and will be confidential to the Race Equality Foundation.
