Kindly fill in the form to indicate which uniform part, quantity and size you would like to order for your child/ children. Payment can be done on Saturday's parade. (cash payment in exact amount is preferred).
(i) Order submitted after 6pm Friday will be processed on the following week.
(ii) order submitted before 6pm Friday, part(s) can be collected on the following Saturday before parade with payment done.
