Committees or Individuals can fill this form out to seek approval of an action by the board.

Anything D10 "officially" does — event hosting, grant proposals, programming, partnerships, activism endorsements, creating a sub-committee, etc — should have an Action Item approved by the board of directors.

It's a relatively simple process if your idea is well formed and within the scope of D10's mission and goals. You're welcome to create your own Action Item document to present to the board, otherwise if you fill this form out staff will generate the document for presentation to the board.
