The Vafeas Scholarship: In Honor of Reagan
The Vafeas Scholarship: In Honor of Reagan is a $2,000 Scholarship that will be awarded to one eligible LGBTQIA+ Applicants that must be graduating in 2022 in Alabama from a high school in Lauderdale, Colbert, or Franklin counties (including city schools located within those counties) to attend NWSCC or UNA in the fall of 2022.

The scholarship will total $2,000 and will be funded to the recipient with proof of enrollment in UNA or NWSCC. Applicants must be willing to go through an Interview process

The deadline to Apply is April 15, 2022 at 5:00 PM CST.
The recipient will be announced by May 1, 2022. You will be notified by email before the public announcement.
