Land Market Application Form

Limited land market availability: Due to the festival's growing popularity, we are asking traders interested in attending to apply in advance.

Please note: Due to the festival's location we are not accepting applications from food traders.

  • Apply by Tuesday, 30th April, 2024 to be considered.
  • Successful applicants will be notified via email by Friday, 10th May, 2024.

Event Details:

Pitch fees:

  • £25 per day / £40 for both days
  • Payment required in advance upon successful application (non-refundable)

Pitch size:

  • Standard size: 3 meters x 3 meters
  • Larger pitches available at additional cost (e.g., double pitch for both days: £80)

Additional information:

  • Traders are required to bring their own gazebo to fit within their 3m x 3m pitch
  • Pitches are located on concrete and all traders must provide their own weighting system for their gazebos - anyone who arrives without weights will not be permitted to trade
  • All stalls must be set-up by 10am and staffed until 5pm.
  • Vehicle access for stall set-up ends at 9:30am and begins for pack down at 5:30pm.

Things to consider
  • Please adhere to Health and Safety legislation ensuring that all people in your party act responsibly for themselves and other people using the site. This includes keeping access and walkways free of litter, wires, or any other tripping hazards.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking immediately, should a member of staff ask you to remove any of your equipment on Health and Safety grounds and you deny this request.
  • You will be required to move your vehicle to a car park once you have unloaded. Should you require assistance please contact a Canal Festival Steward (Blue Hi-Vis). Cars are parked at your own risk.
  • If you use any chemicals, please observe C.O.S.H.H. regulations and advise the site of the chemicals you plan to us
  • Evacuation point is by the security office, which is located towards the Retail Park – Sports Direct etc.
